DPR envoy: talks at contact group were very constructive; full-fledged dialogue with Ukraine launched

MINSK. May 6 (Interfax) - Envoy of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin has voiced hope for the continuation of dialogue with Kyiv.

"The talks were very constructive. A full-fledged dialogue of Ukraine with Donetsk and Luhansk began. We hope that in the future decisions will also be made on the basis of consensus," he said after talks of the contact group in Minsk on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, envoy of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) Vladislav Deinego added that the dialogue on Wednesday "was conducted practically between equals."

"No serious contradictions cropped up," he said.
