Ukraine tops agenda of Putin-Kerry meeting - Ushakov

SOCHI. May 12 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and the United States Secretary of State John Kerry have exchanged their views on key international issues, with Ukraine being central among them.

"The pair exchanged their views literally on all key issues of the present-day international agenda. Of course, the Ukrainian theme had a significant place in this discussion," Russian Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov told reporters after the talks.

"(The Russian side) gave its assessment of how the Ukrainian crisis emerged, and set out the basic elements of our position, having stressed that Russia strives for a full, 100% implementation of the Minsk agreements and will use every opportunity to facilitate that in every possible way," said the Kremlin aide.
