Laysa buying almost 50% of Russ Outdoor, company head leaving - paper

MOSCOW. May 14 (Interfax) - The ownership structure of Russia's largest outdoor advertising company, Russ Outdoor is set to change, business daily Vedomosti reported on Thursday, citing sources.

The Laysa advertising group, which places advertising at Russian Railways (RZD) properties, has agreed to buy out the stakes of Russ Outdoor senior executives led by managing director Maxim Tkachev, as well as the stakes of investor Peter Gerwe and Dutch firm Marathon Outdoor Cooperatief. This would give Laysa a 48.5% stake in Russ Outdoor.

Tkachev will step down from his position as Russ Outdoor managing director in the next few days, Vedomosti reported.

VTB Capital owns 26.4% of Russ Outdoor and France's JCDecaux owns 25%.
