Russian ministry draws up quarterly plan of humanitarian aid to Donbas
MOSCOW. May 14 (Interfax) - The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry has drawn up a plan of humanitarian aid that people in eastern Ukraine will receive in the upcoming quarter, Deputy Emergency Situations Minister Vladimir Stepanov said at a meeting of the committee for public support to residents of southeastern Ukraine.
"Unfortunately, Russia is the only actual provider of comprehensive support. Humanitarian aid has been given in the form of spring sowing, and this comprehensive process will continue. Plans have been made for the next quarter," he said.
