Security and humanitarian sub-group of Ukraine Contact Group to meet on May 19 - Deinego
MOSCOW. May 19 (Interfax) - A meeting of the sub-group for security and humanitarian issues within the Trilateral Contact Group for Ukraine is due to begin in Minsk at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, chief negotiator of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) Vladislav Deinego has said.
"The working groups will work on Tuesday as planned. The session is due to start at around 2:00 p.m.," Deinego told the Luhansk information center.
A session of the Trilateral Contact Group for Ukraine will become possible "only after all sub-groups hold their meetings," he said.
On February 12, the Contact Group signed the Set of Measures to implement the Minsk peace accords following talks of the Russian, German, French and Ukrainian leaders in the Belarusian capital.
