Cargill complains of opposition to project implementation in Volgograd region

MOSCOW. May 26 (Interfax) - Cargill of the U.S. said a sunflower processing project it is implementing in Volgograd region faces opposition.

"The region is doing everything to prevent the sunflower processing plant from being commissioned in July," the head of Cargill in Russia, Natalya Orlova, said on Tuesday at a meeting with investors held by Agriculture Minister Alexander Tkachev.
