MOSCOW. May 26 (Interfax) - Ukraine is placing $1 billion in five-year Eurobonds under U.S. guarantee yielding 35-40 basis points to US Treasuries, a source in banking circles told Interfax.
Citi, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley are the deal organizers.
The deal will be closed shortly, the source said.
In May 2014, Ukraine placed a first issue of bonds guaranteed by the U.S., also totaling $1 billion, yielding 28 basis points above U.S. Treasuries and maturing on April 30, 2019. JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley were the organizers.
