Syrian opposition signed another document in Astana, second document being discussed - source

ASTANA. May 27 (Interfax) - Two documents have been offered for signing at the Syrian opposition meeting in Astana, and one of them has already been signed, a source close to the negotiations told Interfax.

"Only one document has been adopted. The second is being discussed, technical debate is being conducted on it," the source said.

The source confirmed that the negotiation participants are scheduled to meet with Kazakh Foreign Minister Yerlan Idrisov on Wednesday.

Randa Kassis, leader of the opposition movement for a pluralistic society, earlier told the agency the Syrian opposition meeting was over. She said most negotiation participants had signed the final document.
