UAC set to pay 465 mln rubles in dividends for 2014

MOSCOW. June 1 (Interfax) - The board of directors of state-controlled United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) recommended at a meeting last week that shareholders accept a dividend of 465.016 million rubles for 2014, UAC said in materials.

UAC boosted RAS net profit 12-fold in 2014, to 8.4 billion rubles. Revenue amounted to 39.9 billion rubles, up from 12.1 billion rubles in 2013.

State property agency Rosimushchestvo owns 85.1% of UAC shares and Vnesheconombank (VEB) has 8.5%.

UAC includes OJSC Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company (SCAC), OJSC Irkut Corporation , OJSC Tupolev, CJSC Aviastar JV, OJSC Ilyushin Aviation Complex , OJSC Voronezh Aircraft Manufacturing Company , OJSC Ilyushin Finance Co, OJSC Kazan Aviation Production Association n.a. S.P. Gorbunov and OJSC Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aviation Production Association n.a. Yu.A. Gagarin.
