Delivery of over 40 ICBMs to Russian army announced by Putin should not cause concern - Peskov

MOSCOW. June 17 (Interfax) - Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov has commented on a statement by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, who called Russian President Vladimir Putin's announcement that over 40 intercontinental ballistic missiles would be put into service by the Russian Armed Forces in 2015 'dangerous rhetoric'.

"The president's words show that this is not an activity that can and should cause anyone concern," Peskov told reporters on Wednesday.

"This nuclear saber-rattling of Russia is unjustified, it's destabilizing and it's dangerous," Stoltenberg said.
