Russia won't make any payments under The Hague-based Arbitration Court ruling on Yukos - minister
ST. PETERSBURG. June 18 (Interfax) - Russia rules out the possibility that it will pay any money under a ruling by the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, which obliged Russia to pay nearly $50 billion to companies affiliated with former Yukos shareholders.
"I absolutely rule this out," Russian Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev told journalists on Thursday.
