Rosgeo, Copelouzos to form JV for exploration, geothermal energy in Greece

ST. PETERSBURG. June 19 (Interfax) - The CEO of Russian exploration company Rosgeo, Roman Panov and the president and managing director of Greece's Damco Energy, Dimitris Copelouzos signed an agreement on Thursday under which the companies will work together on exploration for hydrocarbons and solid mineral resources, as well as promote geothermal energy in Greece.

The five-year agreement was signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in the presence of Russian Natural Resources Minister Sergei Donskoi.

Damco Energy is the generating subsidiary of Capelouzos Group.
