Protek shareholders vote against final dividend for 2014
MOSCOW. June 23 (Interfax) - Shareholders in Russian pharmaceuticals group Protek voted at their annual shareholders meeting to waive a final dividend for 2014, the company said.
The company has paid 1.001 billion rubles in 2014 earnings as interim dividends at 1.9 rubles a share remaining profit will be retained.
Protek paid 3.084 billion rubles in interim dividends for 2013, including 2.435 billion rubles at 4.62 rubles a share for Q1 that year and 648.39 million rubles at 1.23 rubles a share for 9M 2013.
There was one change to the board of directors elected at the AGM, with Sergei Guz, head of OJSC Lit-Fonon, replacing Leonid Novoselsky. Vadim Yakunin, Protek's core shareholder, was re-elected as chairman of the board at the board's first meeting.
