Russia wishes Armenia swift resolution of domestic differences - Peskov

MOSCOW. June 24 (Interfax) - Russia hopes Armenia's domestic differences will be resolved quickly, the Kremlin said.

"We hope answers will be found to all questions, strictly in accordance with the effective Armenian laws. We are wishing Armenia peace, prosperity and swift resolution of all the differences it has," Russian President's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Wednesday.

Asked whether the Russian president has spoken to Armenian leaders, Peskov said: "We maintain such a close partnership and joint participation in integration processes that this communication is continuous."

The president's press secretary declined to forecast developments in Armenia. "There are weather forecasts, we don't do forecasts," he said.
