Pharmstandard majority shareholder boosts stake to 72.27%
MOSCOW. June 25 (Interfax) - Pharmstandard majority shareholder Augment Investments, whose beneficiaries are Viktor Kharitonin and Yegor Kulkov, has boosted its stake in the pharmaceutical concern to 72.27%, Augment said in a statement.
Augment settled with the holders of Pharmstandard GDRs who presented the securities for sale on June 24
Augment purchased 17,461,550 GDR or 11.55% of Pharmstandard charter capital at $5.5 each or a total of $96 million under the offer announced in mid-May.
Augment now owns 22,028,567 shares and 21,140,802 GDR.
Pharmstandard charter capital is split into 37,792,603 shares, of which about 27.47% is in the form of GDR (4 GDR=1 share).
