Felix Yevtushenkov leaves board of Bashkirian Power Grid Co

UFA. June 26 (Interfax) - The shareholders of Bashkirian Power Grid Company (BPGC), a unit of Russian conglomerate Sistema JSFC , elected a new board of directors at their annual general meeting on Thursday, an Interfax correspondent reported from the meeting.

Sistema senior vice president Felix Yevtushenkov, son of group founder Vladimir Yevtushenkov, left BPGC's board. He was replaced by Sistema investment director Andrei Beloshitsky.

The other members of the nine-seat board retained their seats. The Sistema representatives on the board are vice president and HR director Yelena Vitchak, executive vice president for corporate finance Alexei Kaurov, executive vice president Mikhail Cherny and executive vice president for corporate projects Sergei Shishkin. The other directors are Pavel Livinsky, head of the fuel and energy sector of Moscow; BPGC CEO Andrei Makarov; Alexander Khvalko, deputy CEO for sales at Rosenergoatom ; and Larisa Shiryaeva, deputy CEO of LLC Karana.
