Slavneft to not pay Gazprom Neft, Rosneft dividends for 2014

MOSCOW. June 30 (Interfax) - The shareholders of Slavneft , which belongs to Gazprom Neft and Rosneft on a 50-50 basis, has decided not to pay dividends due to the company's having posted losses of 6.3 billion rubles in 2014 and it will not announce dividends for ordinary shares, Slavneft said in a statement.

For 2013 Slavneft increased dividend payments 6.6-fold in comparison with 2012 to 11.838 billion rubles (66% of profit to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS)).
