Russia and CIS political and economic calendar: July 1

MOSCOW. July 1 (Interfax) - The political and economic calendar in Russia and CIS for July 1 is as follows:

*** Civic BRICS, June 29-July 1. http://civilbrics.ru/en/

*** FTS to raise gas transport tariff for independents by 2%; Gazprom price to up by 7.5% from July 1.

*** Export duty on oil in Russia from July 1 to fall by $1.3 to $143.1 per tonne.

*** Beginning on July 1, a new export duty on wheat will enter force: 50% minus 5,500 rubles per tonne, but no less than 50 rubles per tonne.

*** Belarus will lower the duties on oil and petroleum products exported outside the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) effective July 1.
