Former Rusnanotech CEO Melamed detained, charged - source
MOSCOW. July 2 (Interfax) - Former Rusnanotech CEO Leonid Melamed has been detained on embezzlement charges, a law enforcement source told Interfax on Thursday.
"Melamed was detained in his Moscow apartment on Thursday and was brought to an investigator. He was charged with embezzlement and misappropriation," the source said.
Investigators plan to go to court in regard to restrictions to be imposed on the businessman on July 3, the source said.
