UFA. July 9 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin deems reduction of 'undeclared employment' to be a primary objective of BRICS.

"The Russian presidency is drawing up a proposal on a package of measures which will encourage employers to develop the formal sector, to pay so-called 'officially declared salaries' and significantly contribute social taxes to the budget," he said at a meeting with the leaders of BRICS trade unions.
