Novak, Chilingarov join Transneft's board of directors

MOSCOW. July 9 (Interfax) - Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak and Special Presidential Representative for International Cooperation in the Arctic and Antarctic Artur Chilingarov joined the board of directors of Transneft , the company said in a statement.

The following also joined the board of directors: the company's head, Nikolai Tokarev, Nord Stream AG Managing Director Matthias Warnig, Rector of the Sberbank Corporate University, Valery Katkalo, Gazprombank First Vice President Mikhail Grishankov and chairman of the board of directors of Sovcomflot, Ilya Klebanov.
