Oktyabrskyi residents being evacuated to safe Donetsk districts

DONETSK. July 10 (Interfax) - Tenants of the Donetsk Oktyabrskyi neighborhood are being evacuated amid an attack, a Kuibyshevskyi district executive committee representative told reporters on Friday.

"Thirty-seven people, 13 families, are being evacuated from the Oktyabrskyi neighborhood today. Yet the number of [evacuated] people may still grow. The evacuation has begun," he said.

Donetsk Kuibyshevskyi district administration head Ivan Prikhodko told Interfax on Thursday that all evacuees would be accommodated in safe districts of Donetsk.
