Putin hopes Iran nuclear deal to be fully implemented by all parties

MOSCOW. July 14 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed his hope that all interested parties will fully implement the comprehensive agreement on Iran's nuclear problem, which was reached at their talks in Vienna.

"We hope that all parties involved, primarily the six negotiating nations, will fully implement the decisions that were made," Putin said in a statement posted on the Kremlin website on Tuesday.

"The political will demonstrated by the six mediators and Iran during the talks is a guarantee of successful implementation of the long-term action plan," the president said.

"Our bilateral relations with Iran will get a new powerful impetus and no longer be affected by external factors," the president said.

"Russia will do all it can for the Vienna agreements to be fully effective by facilitating efforts to boost international and regional security and the global non-proliferation regime, to create a zone free of weapons of mass destruction and their delivery vehicles in the Middle East, and to mobilize a broad regional coalition to counter the terror threat," Putin said.

After the prolonged talks the six international mediators (five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council plus Germany) and Iran reached a comprehensive agreement in Vienna in the early hours of Tuesday, aimed at guaranteeing the absolutely peaceful nature of the Iranian nuclear program in exchange for the lifting of the unilateral and international sanctions imposed on Tehran.
