Agreement of Iranian nuclear program to have positive effect on situation in region - Azerbaijani foreign minister

MOSCOW. July 17 (Interfax) - Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said he welcomed the comprehensive agreement reached on the Iranian nuclear program.

"I can only welcome reaching such a breakthrough at the talks," Mammadyarov said at a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

According to the Azerbaijani minister, this agreement "without a doubt will give a very positive contribution to regional peace and security."
