Lukoil, Rosneft submit technical proposals in tender for East Taimyr block

MOSCOW. July 20 (Interfax) - Russia's Federal Subsurface Resources Agency has received technical proposals for the development of the onshore section of the East Taimyr block from state oil major Rosneft and Lukoil West Siberia, Natural Resources Minister Sergei Donskoi told Interfax.

"Proposals have been received from two companies: Lukoil West Siberia and Rosneft," Donskoi said.

The Natural Resources Ministry said earlier that companies would be very interested in the block, because it could become foundation for the development of the offshore part of the East Taimyr block.
