EU to reduce sanctions against Russia only after Moscow complies with Minsk agreements - EU parliamentarian
KYIV. July 24 (Interfax) - The European Union will lift the sanctions it introduced regarding Russia and a number of its citizens and enterprises, or will reduce them, no sooner than when Moscow complies with the Minsk agreements, Head of the European Parliament Committee on Foreign Affairs Elmar Brok said.
The EU will reduce sanctions against Russia only when the Minsk agreements are fulfilled, Brok told reporters in Kyiv on Friday.
The European Parliamentary delegation, including Brok, is in Kyiv and said it welcomed the fact that Ukraine was fulfilling the Minsk agreements, namely the start of constitutional reform on de-centralization.
