SEVASTOPOL. July 30 (Interfax-AVN) - The state-of-the-art small missile carrying ship Zelyony Dol, which was built at Zelenodolsk's Gorky shipyard for the Russian Black Sea Fleet, has completed its passage to the Black Sea via inland waterways, Captain 1st Rank Vyacheslav Trukhachyov told Interfax-AVN on Thursday.

"The motorboat has arrived in Novorossiysk to undergo performance and state-commissioned trials," the officer said.

Project 21631 small missile carrying ships, developed by OJSC Zelenodolsk Design Bureau, are multirole river-sea vessels equipped with advanced artillery, missile, anti-sabotage, air defense and radio-electronic weapons, he said. These ships are designed to guard and defend the state's economic zone.
