Three hospitalized, 8 seek medical assistance after truck and train collision in Belgorod region - Investigative Committee
MOSCOW. June 31 (Interfax) - A total of 11 people were injured in the collision of a Kamaz heavy-duty truck and a passenger train in Belgorod region, spokesperson for the Moscow interregional investigative department for transport of the Investigative Committee of Russia Tatiana Morozova has told Interfax.
"By now the truck driver, fireman and passenger car attendant have been hospitalized. Eight train passengers sought medical assistance on the spot," Morozova said.
She added that investigators are at the scene recording all the circumstances and looking into the causes for the accident.
