EuroChem might invest $340 mln in Lithuania in next few years
VILNIUS. Aug 4 (Interfax/BNS) - EuroChem Mineral and Chemical Company , a major Russian fertilizer producer, is considering investing about $340 million in Lithuania in the next few years, director of EuroChem's Lifosa phosphate fertilizer plant in Lithuania, Jonas Dastikas told BNS.
EuroChem CEO Dmitry Strezhnev visited Lithuania last week and met with the minority shareholders of Achemos grupe, but the acquisition of this Lithuanian company was not discussed.
