East Capital reduces stake in Sollers from 5.95% to 4.46%
MOSCOW. Aug 14 (Interfax) - The stake of East Capital in PJSC Sollers has been reduced from 5.95% to 4.46%, the Russian company said in a statement.
The number of Sollers voting shares that East Capital owns fell from 2,037,612 to 1,528,601 shares, the changes happened on July 30.
In April 2015 East Capital already changed its stake in Soller from 5.77% to 4.68%. According to a report of East Capital for 2014, the shares of the auto maker were on the balance sheets of East Capital Russian Fund and East Capital Eastern European Fund.
