Poroshenko creates seven district military-civilian administrations in Donbas

KYIV. Aug 14 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has created five district military-civilian administrations in the Donetsk region on the division line in the eastern part of the country and two district military-civilian administrations in the populated areas of the Luhansk region.

A decree to this effect, dated August 13, was posted on the presidential website on Friday.
