'Normandy Four' experts to converge in Berlin on Aug 20 - Russian source
MOSCOW. Aug 19 (Interfax) - Moscow has confirmed plans to hold a meeting of experts in the 'Normandy format' (Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine) in Berlin on Thursday, August 20.
"The meeting has been scheduled for August 20," a Russian diplomat told Interfax.
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry press service said earlier on Wednesday that the informal consultations of 'Normandy Four' and Venice Commission experts tasked to discuss legal aspects of the constitutional reform in Ukraine would be held in Berlin on Thursday.
The Russian Foreign Ministry reported that acting Director of the Ministry's Legal Department Alexei Dronov and Deputy Russian Permanent Representative to the OSCE Andrei Rudenko would participate in the consultations on behalf of Russia.
