Security subgroup on Donbas conflict lacks consensus on arms withdrawal in Donbas - source
MINSK. Aug 27 (Interfax) - The parties to the conflict in eastern Ukraine have still been unable to agree upon a document on the withdrawal of weapons smaller than 100mm in caliber in Donbas because of a lack of consensus regarding some disputable sections along the line of contact, a source with the Trilateral Contact Group's subgroup on security told Interfax.
"In discussing the document, the parties have still been unable to reach a common opinion regarding four problematic sections and the agreement's verification procedure," the source said.
The subgroup will continue to discuss the document at the President Hotel in central Minsk on Thursday.
