Gazprom Neft considering several scenarios for 2016 from $40 to $70 per barrel

OMSK. Sept 4 (Interfax) - Gazprom Neft is considering several scenarios for oil prices in 2016 - from $40 to $70 per barrel, Gazprom Neft head Alexander Dyukov told journalists.

"We are considering different scenarios, from $40 to $70 per barrel," he said.

Dyukov said that global oil prices may remain at a low level - $40-$50 per barrel for several years.

He said that Gazprom Neft is maintaining its plans for investments in the current macroeconomic situation. "A lower price for oil - this is a weaker ruble, which will support the export-oriented sectors. Therefore we feel alright," Dyukov said.

"The situation in the economy has almost not affected the efficiency of our projects, in general the net present value of our projects is being maintained," he said.
