Norilsk Nickel's subsidiary bought another 0.0103% of shares during buyback, brings stake to 0.6527%

MOSCOW. Sept 7 (Interfax) - The subsidiary structure of OJSC Norilsk Nickel , LLC NN-Invest, held its next purchase of shares as part of its buyback program, and bought 16,350 shares (0.0103%), Norilsk Nickel said in a statement.

The shares were bought on September 4. Based on the prices at the closing for Norilsk Nickel's shares on the Moscow Exchange on Friday (10,570 rubles per share), the cost of the acquiref stake was about 172.819 million rubles.

NN-Invest controls a 0.6527% stake in Norilsk Nickel at present.

The coordinator of Norilsk Nickel's buyback is Citibank. The buyback of shares began on July 9.
