Gazprom in Jan to confirm business plan, prepare tender for pipe purchases for Nord Stream-2
ST. PETERSBURG. Sept 7 (Interfax) - In January 2016, Gazprom's business plan will be ready and the tenders will be prepared, including those for pipes for the Nord Stream-2 project, Gazprom Deputy CEO Alexander Medvedev told journalists.
Last Friday, Gazprom E.ON, Shell, OMV, BASF/Wintershall and Engie signed a shareholders agreement for the new New European Pipeline AG company. The company itself was registered in Switzerland back in July.
"We signed a shareholders agreement and a purchase and sale of shares contract. Now shareholders are being cleared for property rights and we have already received an offer for committee inclusion from someone. These will be the first managers from the top management from each company, one representative of minority shareholders," he said.
