Antiterrorism operation starts in some areas of Khasavyurt district - operative staff in Dagestan

MAKHACHKALA. Sept 11 (Interfax) - An antiterrorism operation regime was put into place in some areas of the Khasavyurt district in Dagestan at 5 a.m., a representative of the operative staff in Dagestan has told Interfax.

"The antiterrorism operation regime was enforced in the area between the populated localities of Batayurt, Novy Kurush and Sadovoye. The search for and neutralization of members of illegal armed units are underway," the operative staff's representative said.
