LPR doubts document on withdrawing weapons with caliber under 100mm in Donbas can be signed on Sept 22
MOSCOW. Sept 11 (Interfax) - The self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic is skeptical about the opinion of Second Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma that there is a high chance of signing a document on the withdrawal of weapons in Donbas on September 22.
"Ukraine is trying to put a brave face on a sorry business. Leonid Danylovych has repeatedly expressed such opinions but every meeting on this subject starts with Kyiv's disagreement with the parameters accepted earlier," LPR negotiator Vladislav Deinego has told Interfax.
Kuchma said he saw good chances of signing an agreement on the withdrawal of tanks and weapons with a caliber under 100mm in Donbas on September 22.
