PhosAgro might register bond issue in fall, open offices in Brazil, Switzerland
MOSCOW. Sept 16 (Interfax) - PhosAgro might register a bond issue in the fall if the situation on the market turns out to be favorable, the Russian mineral fertilizer company's CEO, Andrei Guryev said.
"We'll see how the market develops. If we're happy with the rates, we will, at the least, register a program. And then we'll look at the market, look at the situation, the dollar's exchange rate, what the Central Bank, Sberbank offer," Guryev told reporters.
He said in June that the company was considering the possibility of placing ruble bonds totaling 10 billion-12 billion rubles to refinance debt.
Guryev also said that PhosAgro is planning to open offices in Brazil and Switzerland by the end of October. "I think in the next month or two, by the end of October," he said.
