Naryshkin: Minsk agreements can only be fulfilled through direct dialogue between Kyiv, DPR and LPR

ULAANBAATAR. Sept 16 (Interfax) - Russian State Duma Speaker Sergei Naryshkin said the Minsk agreements can only be successfully implemented through a direct dialogue between Kyiv, the DPR and the LPR.

"The only key to the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements is the establishment of a political dialogue between the two sides of this acute conflict, between Kyiv and the Donetsk and Luhansk Republics," Naryshkin told reporters in Ulaanbaatar at the fall session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly on Wednesday.

He reiterated that "parliamentarians should speak about it openly and name things by their names."
