Promsvyazbank confirms decision on bond programs for 50 bln rubles, for $100 mln
MOSCOW. Sept 21 (Interfax) - The board of directors of Promsvyazbank at a meeting on September 18 confirmed a decision on the placement of a program of ruble-denominated exchange-traded bonds for 50 billion rubles, as well as an exchange-traded dollar-denominated program for $100 million, the bank said in a statement.
The maximum timeframe for circulation of the exchange-traded bonds, which are being placed as part of the programs, is 10 years. The programs will be without a time limit.
The par value of one bond issued as part of the ruble program is 1,000 rubles, in the dollar program - $1,000.
Currently there are two issues of Promsvyazbank bonds in circulation, classic and exchange-traded in the amounts of 5 billion rubles each.
Promsvyazbank for H1 2015 was Russia's 11th largest bank by assets, according to the Interfax-100 ranking.
