Putin to meet with Rouhani, Castro on UN General Assembly sidelines - Kremlin materials
NEW YORK CITY. Sept 28 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold a number of bilateral meetings, including with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and President of the Cuban Council of State Raul Castro, on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session, according to the materials posted by the Kremlin press service ahead of the Russian chief of state's trip to New York City.
Earlier reports said that Putin was planned to meet with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and U.S. President Barack Obama on the UN General Assembly session's margins.
