Norilsk Nickel subsidiary buys another 0.0066% of shares during buyback, brings stake to 0.6964%
MOSCOW. Sept 29 (Interfax) - The subsidiary of PJSC Norilsk Nickel , LLC NN-Invest, has purchased more shares of its parent company during the buyback program, buying 10,452 shares (0.0066%), Norilsk Nickel said in a statement.
The shares were bought on September 28. Based on the prices of Norilsk Nickel shares at closing on the Moscow Exchange on Monday (9,382 rubles per share), the cost of the share package was 98.060 million rubles.
Today NN-Invest controls 0.6964% of Norilsk Nickel shares.
Norilsk Nickel after September 17 suspended the buyback of shares for a week, the second to last deal took place on September 25. During last week the company's shares on the Moscow Exchange fell in price by 16%.
The coordinator of Norilsk Nickel's buyback is Citibank. The buyback of shares began on June 30.
