Lavrov hoping to discuss several issues at meeting with NATO chief

NEW YORK. Sept 29 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is holding a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.

Prior to the meeting, the NATO chief wished the Russian minister a good morning and said he was glad to see him.

Lavrov replied by saying that this meeting is a good opportunity to discuss many issues.
