ISIL must be restrained right now, impossible to make deal - Russian president's representative

MOSCOW. Oct 8 (Interfax) - It is impossible to come to terms with ISIL and the forces behind them, Special Representative of the Russian President for Afghanistan, Director of the Russian Foreign Ministry Second Asian Department Zamir Kabulov has said.

"If we miss ISIL now, the Taliban movement that existed in the middle of the 1990s will look like child's play. It is impossible to make a deal with these people, their ideology and those who stand behind them. They will be fighting and seeding destruction," Kabulov said at the international conference on Afghanistan on Thursday.
