Krasnogorsk gunman's driver charged with abetting murder - investigators

MOSCOW. Oct 21 (Interfax) - Shota Elibarashvili, the driver of businessman Amiran Georgadze who is wanted for killing four people in Moscow region's Krasnogorsk district, has been charged with complicity in these crimes, Russian Investigative Committee spokesman Vladimir Markin said.

"Today we indicted his (Georgadze's) driver with abetting murder," Markin said on the Rossiya 24 television on Wednesday.

This qualification of Elizbarashvili's actions is due to the fact that he was present at the scene at the time when all four murders were committed, and filmed what happened on his mobile phone at his boss' instruction and did not try to stop Georgadze, the spokesperson said.
