Putin disagrees with opinion that U.S. does not want shift of power in Russia

KRASNAYA POLYANA (Sochi). Oct 23 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has disagreed with the opinion that the United States does not want a shift of power in Russia.

"Another our colleague, a moderator as I understand, says this is an incorrect interpretation that the United States wants to change the political power system in Russia. It is hard for me to agree with your interpretation," Putin said at the Valdai International Discussion Club on Thursday.
