LPR does not observe Ukrainian attacks over past day
LUHANSK. Nov 8 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian army did not shell the territory of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) in the past 24 hours, a representative of the LPR militia told Interfax on Sunday.
"All is quiet in the militia zone of responsibility, and no shelling incidents or provocations staged by the Ukrainian army have been observed over the past day," he said.
According to the representative, the LPR strictly complies with the Minsk agreements and does not breach the truce.
