OSCE monitors spot tanks, armored personnel carriers in Ukraine-controlled districts in Donbas
LUHANSK. Nov 17 (Interfax) - The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) has spotted the movement of military hardware of Ukrainian forces near the contact line in Donbas, the OSCE press service told Interfax.
"The OSCE SMM continues observing the presence of weaponry in violation of the relevant pullback lines. On November 15, in the area of the government-controlled Schastya, the SMM saw a tank (T-64), which was being delivered by a tractor truck, as well as a tank (T-64), which was loaded on a tractor truck in the area of the government-controlled Petrivka settlement," the statement said.
It also said that on November 14, beyond the relevant pullback lines, SMM monitors saw a convoy of nine military trucks and two armored personnel carriers in the area of the town of Schastya.
"In the area of government-controlled Novoaidar the SMM saw a convoy of nine military vehicles, including four armored personnel carriers and a convoy of 25 military trucks in the area of government-controlled Bakhmutivka village," the OSCE press service said.
