Yield guidance on first coupon of OGK-2 bonds for 10 bln rubles lowered to 11.75-12% pa

MOSCOW. Nov 19 (Interfax) - OGK-2 , which belongs to Gazprom Energoholding, during its collection of the bid book for five-year bonds for 10 billion rubles, reduced the yield guidance of the first coupon from 12%-12.25% per annum to 11.75%-12% per annum, a source in banking circles told Interfax.

This corresponds to yield of 12.1%-12.36% to offer in two and a half years.

On Thursday from 11:00 a.m. Moscow time until 3:00 p.m. OGK-2 is book building on two issues of bonds for 5 billion rubles each as part of a program. The yield guidance of the first coupon was 12%-12.25% per annum during pre-marking for both issues, and this corresponds to yield of 12.36%-12.63% to offer in two and a half years.

The bonds have semi-annual coupons.

VTB Capital , Sberbank CIB and Bank Rossiya are the organizers of the issue.
